Team Appointments 2012

Mick Mishner, Head Coach, is currently finalising Coach appointments for the 2012/13 season and team allocations will be confirmed shortly. New Team Managers are needed at U14 and U16 level and Parent Committee Representatives for the U16 and U18 age groups. Can anyone wishing to be considered for these roles please make their interest known to Mick or another Committee member.

Pre-Season Club Update

As we ready our selves for the new season, here is the latest news from within the club. Management Committee The Club is delighted to announce Gillian Johnson’s appointment as Vice Chair, with specific responsibility for coordinating fundraising initiatives Jeremy Peardon and Andrew Bradshaw also join the management team as U16 and U18 Parent Representatives which simply leaves a vacancy for a Squaws’ Committee representative.

Subs Increase

Unfortunately we have had to increase this years subs as follows:- One child £55 Two children £95 Three children £135 This will include all bus travel I am not happy about having to do this but unfortunately with the accounts figures not adding up we need to pull in more revenue. The only way to avoid this increase is to find alternative funds i.e- fundraising,sponsorship,grants or donations. I am also proposing that…

Registration Evening

Our 2011/12 registration evening has been pencilled in for 7.30 – 9.00 p.m. Thursday 7th July. All parents are encouraged to attend as we’ll be formally presenting the Club’s accounts and forecast for the year ahead. Mick will also be outlining his plans for the new season. The membership fee for next season will be confirmed after our fourth coming planning meeting.

Monthly Club Update April 2011

Gillian Johnson has joined the Committee as U12 and U16 Girls parent representative. Thanks also go to Sue Pell, former U16 Girls rep, who has stood down for personal reasons.
