Once again this year Gary Hellens along with with Hockey Helps have decided to take part in Movember, raising money for prostate and testicular cancer and raising awareness of mens health. Paul Lynch Photography has agreed to donate half of his takings from club photos during the month of November to the Hockey Helps Team and to Movember. Halloween Party

This is a hockey fundraising event, however all welcome not just hockey kids…. Please ask nieces, nephews, neighbours, grand kids etc.. Diversity Raffle Tickets – On Sale Now!

Jo Newton – our under 16 sixteen girls manager is selling raffle tickets to win two tickets to see Diversity. The tickets are one pound per strip and will be on sale from the rink every Wednesday and Friday. As we ready our selves for the new season, here is the latest news from within the club. Management Committee The Club is delighted to announce Gillian Johnson’s appointment as Vice Chair, with specific responsibility for coordinating fundraising initiatives Jeremy Peardon and Andrew Bradshaw also join the management team as U16 and U18 Parent Representatives which simply leaves a vacancy for a Squaws’ Committee representative.

Mischiefs Pre-season Update

This past season has seen Whitley go through some amazing changes going from strenght to strenght.   This year the Whitley Mischiefs are starting the season with a full squad.  We have players ranging form 5 years old to 9 years old.  A lot of the players have joined through the clubs Learn to Play programme.  The new players have had some fantastic coaching and have joined some of our more established players. …
